Estimates are free if we can write them via phone, text or email without visiting the service address first. Work is priced at fair market rates for each specific task. We provide written estimates of both the cost and the time required to complete the job. Our estimates include only the work specifically requested; complications resulting from non-standard conditions or atypical problems encountered during execution will incur additional charges. In those cases, we will stop work as soon as we identify the issue and consult with the responsible party to determine next steps.
There is a minimum charge of $100 to cover our travel time and expenses. A portion of this charge is credited toward the job cost.
Requests for work outside regular business hours (8 am-6 pm Mon-Fri, 9 am-5 pm Sat) may incur additional charges; we will include these in the estimate.
