Half-day: $500

Full-day: $900

This work includes:

• Itemized list of repairs that can be used to document deductions from the tenant's security deposit.
• Any repair work for which we are licensed.
• Before and after photos.

Any materials used during the repairs will be added to the half-day or full-day rate.
